Too big for my britches!

Uncle Mike says my harness is too small, espcially the distance between the neck loop and the chest loop. He wants to jury rigg it but he's gonna see what my dad says first, before doing surgery. On the harness, not me, dummy! Hey wait a minute, who needs a harness anyway?! How'my supposed to learn any responserbility if I'm locked up in a harness, anyway? Sheesh!
