Putz Nikon 5700 Camera

Yesterday Uncle Mike said his camera was freaking out with a "Lens Error". Apparently this is a really common problem with Nikon's telescoping lense cameras, the gears just are fragile, they get chewed up and the lens freezes = dead camera. It's an engineering design flaw. One guy had his camera repaired 3 times for the same problem. Uncle Mike's camera is out of warranty so he's bummed. I wonder if all that green beer on St. Paddy's day had something to do with it ;) Uncle Mike says he's going to switch to Canon. So I guess you won't be seeing a lot more pics of me here but I'll still be posting comments about putz sparrows and such. Sigh! I was so photogenic, don't you think?
